Very sleek item; it is basically invisible, no lights flashing or anything. Still big enough to have all the necessary features; SmartDisplay conveniently shows battery life, status of call, and so on. Moreover, just a much better quality than the Plantronics headset we had before. Sound is much more clear, no echoes or issues with timing. Just set echo canceling on; if it is on automatic you will have the timing issues and possibly hearing yourself speaking too. Pairing the Jabra BT 4010 Blue tooth set to a BlackBerry was little trouble. Even when I would manage to pair the old Plantronics, the sound was muffled at best.
