Sale of the day at Amazon is a huge price cut on Band of Brothers Blu-Ray or Band of Brothers DVD. Band of Brothers Blu-Ray list price is 99$ but the sale price is 39$ on the entire set! Meanwhile the Band of Brothers DVD set is listed at 79$ but the price cut has it at 29$. Sale is only up for Monday December 14th 2009 and then they will revert to the previously discounted prices. Stunning series and one of the best ever produced by HBO. Starring Damian Lewis and Ron Livingston, directed by David Frankel and Tom Hanks.

If you’re looking for a movie that actually gives the real story of what war was really like this is it. The shots, story and location were great. It shows you what our military men felt in that moment which was fear, bravery, courage, confusion and sadness to all those who never made it after the war. These guys were great and will always be admired for their courage.
